For young women who would like to have space to pause, breathe, rest and reset at the end of the week. This is a relaxed and small class, welcoming both those with yoga experience and those who are completely new to yoga. You'll be guided and encouraged to find the movements which feel right for you and your body on any given day (which may be different week to week).I would describe these sessions as "come as you are and take what you need"... we usually begin with a mindful practice or breath-centred exercise, along with some gentle movement for the body to begin to release tension. And the kettle is always on for tea! A variety of practices during the sessions allows students to find those which feel most relevant to them in order to build their own wellbeing 'toolkits'.
